Every now and then I get a hankering for a smoothie that feels a little more indulgent than my usual go-to combinations. Usually it involves oats, chocolate and banana but this time I was feeling the fig and vanilla vibes and this simple blend did not disappoint.
- Large handful spinach
- 1 Brazil nut
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 dried fig (fresh would be fine too)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (or a scoop of vanilla protein powder)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Blend ingredients and enjoy!
