Fig & vanilla green smoothie

Every now and then I get a hankering for a smoothie that feels a little more indulgent than my usual go-to combinations. Usually it involves oats, chocolate and banana but this time I was feeling the fig and vanilla vibes and this simple blend did not disappoint.

Ingredients:

  • Large handful spinach
  • 1 Brazil nut
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 dried fig (fresh would be fine too)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (or a scoop of vanilla protein powder)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method:

  • Blend ingredients and enjoy!
