Culturally, our menstrual cycle has often been seen as a problem - something to hide, to overcome, to manage, to control and often a source of embarrassment or pain. Well, what if I told you it is also the source of your power, your joy, your peace, your energy and your overall wellbeing?
I know it may sound crazy to think of the menstrual cycle as a source of power, especially if your cycle has actually been a source of pain and challenge. But if you’re here, reading this, I’m guessing you feel a sense of possibility that there’s another version of your cycle waiting for you. And indeed, there is.
Your cycle is about so much more than just having a period. It’s your own unique inner guidance system telling you when to slow down, when to rest, when to expand, when to go for it. What’s the first step?
Contact me to book in a complimentary 30 minute call with me where we can discuss if working together is a good fit for you.
Are there any additional costs?
Depending on your personal goals and the focus of our sessions, I may recommend some functional testing to help identify the root cause of your symptoms. These would incur an additional cost and are always optional.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are conducted online. If you are local to Norwich, some in-person sessions are available and we can discuss this option if appropriate.
Do you work with clients globally?
